How Jesus And The Father Open Your Mind To The Scriptures

When Jesus rose from the dead after His crucifixion, He appeared to His disciples and revealed things in scripture to them about Himself. But for Jesus to make them comprehend the scriptures in the Bible that talked about Him, He had to open their minds up supernaturally so they could understand the truth of the scriptures. “Then he opened their minds so they could understand the Scriptures.” (Luke 24:45). Without having your mind opened supernaturally it’s impossible to understand the real meaning of the Bible, Jesus spoke in parables and deliberately veiled a lot of what He said. Those who wish to understand the fullness of God’s word written in the Bible, need to develop a spiritual and eternal perspective to have God show them what it means.

Everyone claims they have the only real understanding of end time prophecy and say everyone else is wrong, there is a lot of pride and arrogance out there. Rather than pointing fingers at others, I would advise people to develop a deeper personal relationship with Jesus Christ and seek God to understand certain prophetic scriptures. If you happen to come across: a teacher, minister, pastor or priest who you believe God has given revelations to about certain prophetic scriptures, I would advise you to deeply consult God through Jesus Christ; as to whether this teacher is itching your ears, or providing you with true revelations given to him by God. There’s a lot of teaching out there on end time prophecies from people who claim to understand the book of revelation, and I can sincerely tell you that over ninety percent of it is rubbish. If you want to find an anointed teacher with a strong prophetic gift who is teaching the truth of end time prophecy, you need the Holy Spirit to guide you to him.

The truths in the Bible are hidden and veiled; the mysterious prophecies of the future cannot be interpreted by modern philosophers at Bible Colleges. To unveil the hidden mysteries in the Bible you need a very intimate relationship with God, only the Holy Spirit with the Fathers Authority can reveal the mysteries of the Bible to a person. God often reveals the mysteries of his word to common men and women, people who are considered babes, fools or infants. “You have hidden these things from the wise and prudent and have revealed them to babes.”(Matthew 11:25). The wise and intellectual theologians do not often have the mysteries of the Bible revealed to them, God chooses common men to reveal the secrets to.

When Jesus chose the 12 disciples he revealed to them the ultimate mystery of God’s word and His parables. He didn’t choose wise men from the Sanhedrin or the Philosophy school to become His disciples, He chose simple men with no education or theological study behind them, He chose people who the learned society in that time would consider fools. “But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty.”(1 Corinthians 1:27).

Learned Theologians, Professors and Philosophers think they have it all worked out and know it all, but they haven’t had the mysteries of the Bible revealed to them. God only chooses the foolish things of the world to reveal His secrets to and use to do His will. Most of the time its Fisherman like Peter, tax collectors like Matthew, infants like the young Prophet Samuel, and even former drug dealers who turn to Christ who are visited by God and have the mysteries revealed to them. God always uses unconventional kinds of people to do His work here on earth.

Simon Bar-Jonah also known as Peter who was one of Jesus twelve disciples, was a mere Fisherman with no decent education however God revealed to him the mysteries of the Bible. God told Peter who Jesus was and Jesus knew that God had revealed it to him. No man revealed the mystery of the word of God to Peter, but it was God himself who revealed it to him. “Jesus answered and said to him, "Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah (Peter), for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but My Father who is in heaven.”(Matt 16:17). The learned Sanhedrin went through years of study in officially recognized courses in Israel studying the scriptures, but they did not recognize who Jesus was nor did they understand His miracles and teachings. Going through man’s courses will get you nowhere; all these man made Bible colleges are teaching doctrines of man and often not interpreting scripture correctly. If a Prophet comes along they will probably not recognize him for who he is, and they don’t even understand the scriptures which prophesy the Prophets yet to come.

There are two Prophets who are due to arrive on the scene very soon, and you never hear them being discussed at Bible Colleges, despite scripture clearly prophesying their coming. The two Prophets I’m talking about are “The two witnesses” from the book of Revelation in the Holy Bible. “And I will give power to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy one thousand two hundred and sixty days, clothed in sackcloth.”(Revelation 11:3). The two witnesses will not necessarily be clothed in the material of sackcloth, because sackcloth is symbolic for humility, the meaning of the verse is that the two witnesses will be clothed in humility. These two end time Prophets will also have mighty and devastating powers, “And if anyone wants to harm them, fire proceeds from their mouth and devours their enemies. And if anyone wants to harm them, he must be killed in this manner. These have power to shut heaven, so that no rain falls in the days of their prophecy; and they have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to strike the earth with all plagues, as often as they desire.”(Revelation 11:5-6). The two witnesses have Prophecies over them that they will appear, Jesus also had prophecies that he would appear, but when He arrived the religious authorities and learned scholars did not recognize him for who he was. Jesus was considered an enemy of the state by the religious authorities; I think the same will happen with the two witnesses, the two witnesses are going to be considered enemies of the state.

If you want to understand the real meaning behind the veiled Bible prophecies and what God is really saying, you need to seek the answers from Jesus Christ. "So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened."(Luke 11:9-10).
